Fees and Payment

Our fee is a percentage of each course purchase made through our efforts. The percentage will be agreed upon prior to commencing services. Payments are due within 10 of invoice issuance. Late payments may incur a late fee as stipulated in our invoicing terms.

Client Obligations

Provide accurate and complete information about your courses, target audience, and goals. Maintain active communication with CoreScale to ensure seamless collaboration. Adhere to all applicable legal requirements for your courses.

CoreScale Obligations

Deliver agreed-upon services with professionalism and transparency. Provide regular updates and reports regarding performance metrics and growth strategies. Maintain the confidentiality of client information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content and strategies developed by CoreScale remain the intellectual property of CoreScale unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their original course content.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 10 days written notice. Upon termination, CoreScale will hand over any pending deliverables and finalize all financial obligations.

Liability and Indemnification

CoreScale will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.Clients agree to indemnify and hold CoreScale harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from their course offerings or operations.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before resorting to litigation.

Amendments

CoreScale reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
